Συνιστούμε στους αποδέκτες τέτοιων επιστολών να είναι ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικοί και να επικοινωνούν άμεσα με το γραφείο μας για οποιαδήποτε επιβεβαίωση.
It has come to our attention that malicious third parties are unlawfully using the details of our Law Firm and sending extrajudicial letters which DO NOT originate from our office.
This constitutes a malicious and criminal act. Our Firm has already taken all necessary legal steps to identify and prosecute those responsible.
We strongly advise any recipients of such letters to exercise caution and to contact our office directly for verification.

With more than 25 years of experience practicing in the area of trademark law, Ilias Louvis specializes in trademark prosecution and IP due diligence, while he also monitors and reports on cases handled before the Administrative Court of First Instance. In addition, he undertakes most of the communication and necessary formalities for trademark work before the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (O.B.I.).
Ilias holds a law degree from the University of Thrace as well as a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the Queen Mary College, London.
He is member of the Athens Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals.
Ilias is fluent in English, German and Greek (native language).
