Η ενέργεια αυτή αποτελεί κακόβουλη και αξιόποινη πράξη. Η Εταιρία μας έχει ήδη προβεί σε όλες τις απαραίτητες νομικές ενέργειες για τον εντοπισμό και την ποινική δίωξη των υπευθύνων.
Συνιστούμε στους αποδέκτες τέτοιων επιστολών να είναι ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικοί και να επικοινωνούν άμεσα με το γραφείο μας για οποιαδήποτε επιβεβαίωση.
It has come to our attention that malicious third parties are unlawfully using the details of our Law Firm and sending extrajudicial letters which DO NOT originate from our office.
This constitutes a malicious and criminal act. Our Firm has already taken all necessary legal steps to identify and prosecute those responsible.
We strongly advise any recipients of such letters to exercise caution and to contact our office directly for verification.

Penny Nakou joined Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners (“HP&P”) in 2021 after working for another IP specialized law firm since 2000. She is a qualified lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association.
Penny is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.
She graduated from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens with a law degree and has a Maîtrise in Public Law from the University of Lille II, France. Moreover, she obtained a DEA in Community Law from the University of Lille II, France and an MSc in Business Law and Economics from the Panteion University of Athens. From the beginning of her career as an attorney, she specialized in IP law, focusing on trademark prosecution and litigation.
Penny has consulted and represented various international corporate clients for the protection of their IP rights before local administrative authorities and courts.
She works in Greek, English, French and Italian.
